Who should attend?
Level 1 Award in Food Safety Awareness for Manufacturing is intended for:

• New starters/inductees

• Agency workers

• Annual refreshers

• Individuals working in a manufacturing environment with low risk or packaged food

• This course forms the basis for staff to progress onto level 2

Course Duration

• 30 minutes

• The assessment follows the syllabus requirements consisting of 12 multiple choice questions spread throughout the course, of which the candidate must achieve 80% correct answers
