Allergens
Training of all staff is essential to avoid unintentional presence of allergens in products and incorrect labelling. All staff need to be aware of how important their role in the control and management of allergens in a food production, storage or distribution facility.
RQA provide Level 1 and 2 courses in Controlling and Managing allergens, bespoke in content and run within your company to reduce cost, time and disruption.
Presenting and Train-the-Trainer courses
RQA provide a presenting course, for anyone in Supervisory or management roles that want to gain more confidence when presenting to small or large groups of people. This course can be used as a stepping stone for the accredited CIEH train the trainer course we also provide.
